This particular penguin gets its name from the black band beneath its head. Unlike other penguins, Chinstraps prefer nesting on rockier slopes and are an aggressive species among their kind. In their natural habitat, they primarily feed on krill and face threats from leopard seals, their main predator. Catch them in their natural habitat along with Adélie and macaroni penguins.
